Daniel Pletea – Philips


Daniel Pletea is a research scientist in Philips Research in the Data Science department, where he is currently involved in projects in the area of information security. His interests include secure system architecture, authentication and authorization protocols, key management, data de-identification, healthcare security and privacy management. Daniel has contributed to multiple security and privacy European projects (e.g. FP7, Horizon2020), including a collaboration with Australia (Authentication and Authorisation for Entrusted Unions – AU2EU). Daniel holds a MSc degree in Computer Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
