Interdisciplinarity requires to have a complete new mindset to shift from a mono disciplinary research approach to a complex process. Integrative literature review gathering different perspectives is a key step, followed by joint definition of research question, theoretical framework and definition of a combination of methodological tools. Researchers are required to develop a new research design process.
