Alessio Bartolacelli

Alessio Bartolacelli is Task 4.3 Leader and ESR6 co-supervisor.

He is an Associate Professor of Business Law and European Company Law at the University of Macerata. He has expertise in the field of Commercial Law, both at national and European Level. Before joining UniMC, he was Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Trento, Research Fellow at the University of Bologna, and visiting scholar in many international institutions in Germany, Switzerland and Portugal. He is currently supervising 1 PhD candidate who carries out research in the field of digitalization of European Company Law.
