Danny Hughes is ESR 3 lead supervisor in the project.
He is supervisor of data analytics profiles on sensor networks based on his main expertise in the IoT devices. He is Professor within the DistriNet (Distributed Systems and Computer Networks) research group of iMinds-DistriNet. His current research is on distributed software systems and security for the IoT. He currently supervises 8 PhD students and mentors 3 post-docs working in the area of the Internet of Things.
